What features make this tent great?
There are quite a number of reasons why we really recommend Marmot Limelight 2P tent for backpackers who are out there. Before deciding to go for backpacking, I cherished solo mountain climbing, and so when I switched to backpacking ventures, I was looking for something lightweight. As you know, you can get pretty tired out there and to save on sleeping costs, the tent I could carry around was always something that I really loved. And after doing some research, this tent was a good choice.
The tent is lightweight in nature and comes with gear loft, of which is a plus for all manner of campers. The fact that it can accommodate two persons made it even easier for me and my husband and our little one to go in the wilderness without worrying where we shall spend the night. Additionally, the tent offers a generous 32 sq ft interior and a reliable 9 sq ft vestibule that is quite ideal for gear storage. The study DAC poles is nothing but exceptional in regard to quality standards. And above all, the tent is pretty easy for a set up. I would recommend this for all beginner solo mountain climbers, or persons who are out to explore the world as backpackers.

Top benefits you will get
I have been using this tent for quite a while and it seems that it is not getting any older. Of course you need to maintain it well for you to enjoy high utility value. In fact, there is no need to buy a tarp separately. This is quite beneficial for anyone who is operating on a shoe-string budget and still wants to have a terrific time. It comes with a bag and when folded well it fits without any problems. In as much as my husband had some reservation in the first time he set his eyes on the tent, he couldn’t help but praise it after our first camp night.
I’ve owned some tents before, but one thing that I can guarantee campers is that this tent has high breathability capabilities. Remember, this is vital for the small tents so that you don’t really suffocate when out there. With Marmot Limelight 2P, you get value for your money. Importantly, it is pretty easy to clean the tent and with basic maintenance procedures, you can use it for many years. Furthermore, you can get your favorite color or one that can camouflage with the wild environment.
What I didn’t like about the tent?
It is true that there is no perfect tent out there, but at least with many pros outweigh the cons. This particular tent is no exception and there are a few things that I never liked about it. Nevertheless, my reservations shouldn’t deter you from getting this particular tent, either. To begin with, I thought the manufacturers could at least ensure that the tent opens in the opposite direction and also the vestibule could provide more coverage.
It can get pretty cool in there with low temperatures. If the weather is windy up in the mountains, do not hesitate to layer your clothing as this tent can let you down. Last but not least, there’re a number of campers I have heard them complain about the inside needing kind of touch up. If it were redesigned to specific needs, then definitely it could be better. However, as stated before, it is quite difficult to get a perfect tent but you can get most of this affordable tent. You can never break your bank account, nor poke holes in your wallet to enjoy your hiking, biking, or backpacking ventures.
